Here we go! Arizona State will play The U of A for the Territorial Cup on Saturday.

The Sun Devils come into the match up with Arizona ranked #13, yes 13, in the AP Poll, the USA Today Coaches poll and the BCS Standings. Hopefully the number 13 is lucky for us!!!

Here at CBS 5 our anchor desk is split, well sort of. Nicole went to the U of A. Chris and I are Arizona State alumni. So there are more Devils than Wildcats in the news!

Here's what's at stake Saturday night: The Territorial Cup. It was presumed gone forever until a few years ago, when it was found in the basement of a Tempe church that was about to be demolished. The Cup is registered with the NCAA as the oldest rivalry trophy in college football!

Coach Dennis Erickson said it best this week in a press conference. "It's bragging rights, that's what it's about. To me, those are the most important games there are. As you go through the season, there are important football games, but at the end of the day, when you look at it at the end of the season, the most important one is the rivalry game, no question about that."

If this game is a sell out, which I'm sure it will be, it would give ASU three consecutive home sellouts for the first time since 1987.
